We are small enough that you will know the names of the people building your order. Large enough that we have proper CNC lines, a full assembly floor, and test benches that are not just a gauge and a stopwatch. Here is how we are organized.
Engineering — 8 people
Three mechanical engineers, two electrical engineers, two CAD/CAM programmers, one materials specialist. They handle new pump design, OEM adaptations, and production tooling. When you send us a drawing for a custom manifold or a different motor mount, one of these eight people opens the file.
Production — 52 people
CNC operators, assembly technicians, packers. Two shifts. Morning does machining — rotors, housings, end plates. Afternoon does assembly and test. The same person who runs the lathe on Tuesday might be building pumps on Friday. Everyone rotates. Everyone understands the whole pump.
Quality — 6 people
Incoming inspection, in-process checks, final test. Three people on the test benches full-time. They do not report to production — they report to the quality manager, who reports to the general manager. This separation is not on paper. It is in the building layout. The test area is physically walled off from assembly.
Sales & Support — 8 people
Five sales engineers (each covers a region), two after-sales support, one documentation specialist. All of them have spent time on the production floor. When a sales engineer tells you the lead time for a screw pump, it is because they have helped assemble one.
Admin — 4 people
Shipping documents, invoices, customs paperwork, HR. They keep the lights on. They also handle the export documentation that gets your pump through customs in 30 countries without a holdup.
Leadership — 3 people
The three founders. Still here. Still on the floor most days. One runs operations. One runs engineering. One runs sales and finance. If you visit the factory, you will meet at least one of them. They have strong opinions about oil viscosity and bearing clearance.
