When you email us, the reply comes from an engineer on the production floor — not a sales rep reading from a brochure. You get answers from someone who has actually machined the part you are asking about.

2. Every pump ships with its test data

We measure ultimate vacuum, pumping speed, motor current, noise, and vibration on every single unit. The report goes in the crate with your pump. If something is off, you will see it before we do.

MOQ is 1. We do not punish small orders. Half our long-term OEM clients started with a single test unit. We remember which ones.

Pharmaceutical

Freeze drying, distillation, vacuum coating. We have a client in Mumbai running 12 of our RV series 24 hours a day on a lyophilization line.

Food Packaging

MAP, vacuum sealing, thermoforming. Our claw pumps handle the grease and moisture that kills rotary vanes in meat packing plants.

Semiconductor

Clean, dry vacuum for wafer processing. Screw and roots combinations. We are not in TSMC's fab — but we are in their tier-2 equipment suppliers.

Chemical

Distillation, evaporation, solvent recovery. We do ATEX-compliant builds. Not cheap, not fast — but they do not catch fire.

OEM and ODM from Dongguan, without the nonsense

We do private-label manufacturing for distributors in 12 countries. You send the spec or the brand manual. We handle the rest: design adaptation, tooling, serial plates, packaging with your logo, shipping documents in your company name.

Typical OEM lead: 30-45 days from CAD approval to first article. We do not charge for quotations, and we do not require a deposit just to look at your drawings.

The factory is not a secret

One building. 10 CNC lines. 78 people. We have been here since 2015. You are welcome to visit — we have had buyers from Germany, Thailand, Brazil, and the US walk the floor. No special cleaning before you arrive. What you see is what you get.

We run two shifts. Morning shift does production machining. Afternoon shift handles assembly, testing, and packing. Same crew rotates both. Everyone knows how the pump fits together because they built it.

Quick answers before you email us

What is your minimum order quantity?

One. We do not have a MOQ. Order a single pump to test. If it works, reorder. If it does not, tell us why and we will fix it or refund you.

How long does delivery take?

Standard models: 7-15 days. Custom/OEM builds: 30-45 days. Shipping time depends on port and method — usually 15-30 days by sea to Europe or the US. Air freight for urgent orders, but it costs.

Can you do private label / OEM?

Yes. We do it for distributors in 12 countries. Send us your brand manual and spec requirements. We handle everything from serial plates to packaging design.

Do you test every pump?

Every single one. Ultimate vacuum, pumping speed, motor current, noise, vibration. We print the test report and put it in the crate. You get a copy by email before the pump ships.

Can I visit the factory?

Yes. We are in Dongguan, about an hour from Shenzhen or Guangzhou airport. Send us your dates and we will arrange transport and a translator if needed.

What warranty do you offer?

12 months from shipment date. Covers manufacturing defects. Does not cover a forklift driving over the pump. We ship replacement parts within 3 days for warranty claims.
