Select using your target pressure and reference, required pumping speed at that pressure, gas composition, moisture or particles, duty cycle and installation constraints. Compare the pump types and models against these requirements. An industry label alone does not establish suitability; any proposed booster also needs a compatible backing arrangement and controls.

Continuous operation must be confirmed for the exact model, configuration and operating conditions. Provide the working pressure, gas load, ambient conditions, cooling arrangement and daily operating hours. Agree the duty rating, maintenance instructions and any standby requirement during technical review; do not assume a service interval or maintenance saving from pump type alone.

Use the lubricant specification and fill quantity confirmed for the exact pump model and application. Provide the process gases, temperatures and contamination conditions for compatibility review. Oxygen or reactive-gas service requires assessment of the complete configuration; choosing a lubricant alone does not establish suitability. Follow the model-specific operating and maintenance instructions.

Minimum order quantity and evaluation-unit arrangements depend on the model, customization, components and packaging scope. State the evaluation quantity and planned production volume; the quotation should confirm availability, minimum quantity and any setup costs.

Agree drawing approval, any engineering or tooling costs, prototype evaluation, acceptance criteria and production schedule before authorizing the work.

Agree the required test scope, conditions, acceptance criteria and report fields for the selected model. Confirm whether you need model-level documentation or unit-specific results, and how and when records will be delivered. Use the testing and inspection checklist to prepare your requirements.

Before ordering, confirm the warranty period, start date, coverage, exclusions and claim procedure for the selected model in writing. For a claim, provide the pump model, serial number, order reference, operating conditions and evidence of the issue. Agree whether parts, repair or replacement applies after the failure assessment. Confirm spare-part availability, dispatch lead time, return arrangements, shipping costs and responsibilities for the specific claim.

Production lead time and transit time are confirmed separately for the specific order. Provide the model, configuration, quantity, destination and required date. Confirm availability, approval stages, packing dimensions and weight, delivery terms, freight estimate and shipment schedule in the quotation.
