GOFLEX PUMP

V-250 Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump

The GOFLEX V-250 is a single-stage, oil-sealed rotary vane vacuum pump. The listed displacements are 250 m³/h at 50 Hz and 300 m³/h at 60 Hz. Confirm the proposed motor and frequency configuration, and review pumping-speed and power curves at your required operating pressure before selecting the pump.

For packaging lines, CNC hold-down, thermoforming or resin degassing, provide process volume, starting and target pressures, evacuation time and gas composition. Include condensable vapours, particles and the operating schedule. Confirm oil and seal compatibility, gas-ballast configuration, inlet filtration, exhaust treatment, cooling and maintenance. Check connection dimensions and electrical requirements for integration into the existing equipment.

Features & Key Advantages

⚡

Pumping Performance Selection

Confirm motor rating, frequency and the pumping-speed curve for the selected V-250 configuration. Assess chamber volume, leakage, pipe conductance and target pressure when estimating evacuation time.

🛡️

Housing & Seal Specification

Confirm housing material and seal brand and specification for the supplied pump. Review gas and oil compatibility, temperature limits and installation requirements for the process.

🌡️

Oil Circulation & Cooling

Oil circulation supports lubrication and heat management. Provide cooling clearance, monitor oil condition and follow the maintenance schedule for the gas load, ambient temperature and intended duty cycle.

🔧

OEM / ODM Configuration Review

Discuss motor, branding, finish and intake connection requirements for the project. Confirm option availability, dimensions, electrical requirements and performance in an agreed specification before ordering.

Target Applications & Industry Uses

Primary Industrial Applications

  • Vacuum packaging and thermoforming: compare chamber or forming volume, target pressure, leakage and cycle time with the selected V-250 performance curve.
  • CNC tables and suction plates: calculate leakage, holding force and simultaneous demand, and review controls for loss of vacuum.
  • Deep-draw forming and skin packaging: assess tooling leakage, evacuation time and process temperature for the machine cycle.
  • Resin degassing and silicone casting: confirm material and gas compatibility and provide inlet protection against liquid or resin carryover.
  • Drying, evaporation and concentration: assess pressure and vapor load; freeze-drying requires a separate review of the complete vacuum and condenser system.
  • Printing and board handling: confirm required vacuum level, flow demand, dust filtration and exhaust routing.

Target Industry Sectors

  • Food packaging plants: review vapor and product carryover, cleaning provisions and exhaust management against equipment hygiene requirements.
  • Woodworking, glass and stone equipment: review dust load, fixture leakage and holding-force requirements before selection.
  • Plastics and automotive molding: define cycle demand, process temperature and fumes, then assess configuration and inlet protection.
  • Transformer and impregnation equipment: confirm gas and material compatibility, pressure requirements and liquid separation needs.
  • Printing and converting lines: assess simultaneous demand, paper dust, noise and maintenance access for the installation.
  • OEM vacuum systems: confirm motor supply, connections, dimensions, cooling clearance, controls and duty cycle in the machinery design.

Advanced Technical FAQ

What are the dual-frequency pumping speed ratings for the V-250 vacuum pump? +

The published nominal pumping speeds are 250 m³/h at 50 Hz and 300 m³/h at 60 Hz. Confirm the ratings, motor speed, voltage and winding connection for the supplied configuration. Use the corresponding pumping-speed curve at the required inlet pressure to assess system performance.

What housing, seal and temperature limits should be confirmed for the V-250? +

Confirm housing material, seal brand and specification, and the applicable temperature limits for the supplied pump. Performance depends on gas and oil compatibility, cooling conditions, installation and maintenance. Material or brand names alone do not establish leak-free service or a continuous temperature rating.

What OEM/ODM customization options are available for the GOFLEX V-250? +

Motor, finish, filtration and branding requirements can be reviewed for the project. Confirm available options, dimensions, electrical requirements, gas compatibility and performance in an agreed specification before ordering.

What routine maintenance is necessary for optimal V-250 operation? +

Follow the maintenance instructions for the supplied configuration. Check oil level and condition, cooling passages and exhaust separator condition regularly. Confirm the approved oil grade and inspection or replacement intervals for the process temperature, contamination, gas load and duty cycle.
